Nagesh is a distinguished Finance professional with 16 years of experience spanning the wide spectrum of Finance in global corporates across different verticals such as Plastics, Chemicals, Pharma and FMCG.

An FCA by qualification, his prior assignment was with the Kuwaiti conglomerate Alghanim Industries. Here Nagesh successfully spearheaded launching the Captive Shared Services Centre for Alghanim Industries, the first-of-its-kind-in Middle-East to achieve cost-reduction per transaction, process-efficiency, reduction in cycle time of accounting processes and better customer satisfaction.

In Dr Reddy’s, as Director (Finance), in addition to the Finance Function, he had played key roles in major corporate-wide initiatives such as ERP Implementation, NYSE Listing, SOX implementation, Launch of Shared Services Centre and several other IT enabled processes.

As the Head of Finance at Moldtek Technologies, Nagesh played a key role in the company's IPO,which was oversubscribed 6 times. He also had a distinguished stint in Finance at Ballarpur Industries (BILT).
